Foraging walks

Looking for something a bit different? Maybe you can’t find an event that works for you, or you have a group of people you’d like to go with. Maybe you have a favourite dog walk and you just want to know what you could find on it. If so, a private foraging walk might be perfect for you.

I can offer walks for 1-1 tuition, couples, family groups, friends, parties, businesses and just about anyone! Location is very flexible depending on dates, and can be chosen by you, subject to travel costs. I am based near Falmouth, Cornwall, but I frequently travel up to Gloucestershire and Bristol for events.

Prices start at £150 for a 2-3 hour weekday walk, covering up to 4 people. Extra adults can be added for £25 per person. An additional charge of £50 applies for weekends, not only because they are very popular, but because I try to keep them free for family.

Private walks are often preferred by clients as they can be personalised to your own interests, location and walking ability.

Foraging events with catering

I am passionate about the connection between foraging, food and health. Learning about wild foods is one thing, but learning what to do with it is a whole other kettle of fish. I will share many recipes and ideas with you on our walks, but a catered event can really compliment your learning.

I love providing a foraged lunch to compliment my foraging walks, with my favourite being a picnic style mix of dishes. I like to focus on recipes that can be easily replicated by you at home, and using ingredients we will see on our walk.

Catered events start at £250 for up to 4 people with extra adults £30 each.

Foraging event with bespoke artwork

If you’re looking for the perfect gift for a loved one, a foraging walk with a unique, personalised artwork could be the gift to give.

Guided by forager and artist Emanuelle, we will learn the basics of foraging and together choose a collection of beautiful natural items. Once home, Emanuelle will turn your basket of findings into a unique piece of artwork to remember an enjoyable day of learning in nature.

Prices start at £250 for 2 people for 2 hours and an A5 artwork but this can be modified to suit you.
